Refund and Return Policy

1. Refunds

1.1 Kid’s Nook Uganda does not refund cash for products once bought but they can be exchanged for a different product of choice within 7 days of the purchase date.

1.2 To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.3 Exchanges will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.4 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Kid’s Nook Uganda.

2. Returns

2.1 Customers must initiate a return request by contacting Kid’s Nook Uganda’s customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2.3 Kid’s Nook Uganda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. 2.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of Kid’s Nook Uganda.

3. Process

3.1 To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at info@kidsnookuganda.com or +256 770913014 to obtain a return authorization.

3.2 Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

3.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Kid’s Nook Uganda will process the refund within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Kid’s Nook Uganda does not offer exchanges at this time. Customers may return the original product according to the terms outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

5.2 Photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required to process your request.

6. Policy Changes

6.1 Kid’s Nook Uganda reserves the right to modify or update this refund and return policy at any time.

6.2 Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or other appropriate channels. By making a purchase from Kid’s Nook Uganda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and return policy.
